Human life suffers from diseases. one is therefore looking for a "physical therapy". In this situation Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) offers a "philosophical therapy"

Nietzsche has suffered a lot from the diseases, especially the weakness of the eyes, headache and stomach weakness. Consequently, he had to constantly fight against his own diseases, against his own pain and suffering. And from this he has produced a kind of "therapeutic philosophy."

Nietzsche "says NO" to the diseases, says no to pain and suffering. Nietzsche "says YES" to recovery and healing. Nietzsche "says NO" to what makes life weak and sick. Nietzsche says "yes" to what preserves and increases life. From this "yes-speaking philosophy", Nietzsche now makes a "YES-speaking therapy", that is, A "philosophical therapy"

In spite of the struggle against disease and suffering, the disease and the suffering are repeated in human life. That is why we must finally learn to say "yes" to disease and suffering. Nietzsche calls it "Amor fati."

On the one hand, we must always say "NO" to the disease and to suffering. on the other hand, we must also say" yes "to disease and suffering. And this attitude allows Zarathustra to become a "philosophical therapist".
